Want To Be Healthy Again

Hi everyone, My name is Hector. I've always had a problem being overweight all my life, even though I was somewhat of a athletic person in school. Once I joined the Navy back in 2001, I was able to learn how to eat healthy, work out on a regular basis. It wasnt till I was on my way of the Navy in 2004 that I noticed I started to gain weight. Hi everyone, My name is Hector. I've always had a problem being overweight all my life, even though I was somewhat of a athletic person in school. Once I joined the Navy back in 2001, I was able to learn how to eat healthy, work out on a regular basis. It wasnt till I was on my way of the Navy in 2004 that I noticed I started to gain weight. I went from being 195-200lbs to being 230-240lbs. Ever since then I have felt that I myself down because I let my body go down this unhealthy route. I have "TRIED" to start dieting and exercising again but I seem to come up with very excuse not to. I just need to find that SPARK to get me going, to light that fire under my... you know. Hahaha My wife has started this past year and he has made great progess along the way, I'm very proud of her and her never say NO attitude to giving up. I greatly feel that I need to do this, start this, for her and for myself!!!!
