Sorry to hear you had a rough couple of weeks. I hope things are better now, and you have been able to get in some walks with your dog. I wish we could take ours on walks; but one barks at everything and they both have to compete for lead dog, so they end up almost choking themselves. I think we could take the more calm dog, but the barker would go crazy at home without her.
I am doing better with my exercise. I usually workout on the elliptical a couple of days each week, and my husband and I either work on our 5k training or go for a bike ride a few days. We are enjoying our new city!

How was your week? I worked out twice this week, but I plan to get back to more exercise this coming week. We finally closed on our new home yesterday. I have had the same problems over the last 6 months. I took a promotion in November last year and I gradually quit working out and a couple months into it I stopped caring so much about what I ate. I'm back up about 15 pounds and boy is it hard to get back on track! Taking baby steps....I'm chugging water and trying to remember to log my food and be honest with myself. The sparkpeople app is really helpful with that, because every time I have to pick my phone up it's right there on my front screen reminding me! Well, hope you have a great week!
