But today is the starting day---YIPPEE for me!
My Program:
Tons and tons of water.
Eat healthier, more raw & whole foods.
Lower Carbs. No white anything-flour or sugar.
Personal Information:
We love being with friends and family. Relationships are the most important thing to us. In this way we can touch one another's lives spurring each other on to a deeper relationship with Christ.
Other Information:
I love hanging out with my family most of all. Doing projects and having fun.
I enjoy gardening, raising animals, cooking, being creative by sewing and crafting and painting-even a little knitting-thanks Carol!
