Calorie deficit of 3500 per week:
Reduce calorie intake by 300 per day (average maximum of 1550 per day). Focus on having adequate iron and protein.
Burn 1500 calories per week through: - 30-40 min x 4 sessions jogging/elliptical trainer - yoga / pilates x 4-5 days - strength or circus classes x 2-3 days -dance class 1 x per week
Points system 1 point for each of the following: - 1 x serve veges - 1 x serve fruits - 1 x serve nuts - 30 min of exercise - 1 x multivitamin - 1 x green tea - 1 x rooibos tea - bonus 2 points for 8 serves of fruit and veges - bonus 5 points for 9 serves of fruit and veges
My training had a bit of a blip as I've hurt my knees and feet and that has been a convenient excuse as well as making it harder to exercise. Luckily my knees should eventually get almost back to normal, though I won't be able to do squats :o( but my feet are not that good. Think I will get an exercise bike next payday as that will be ok for my feet and knees. When I lose some weight that will help both as well. Maybe I will get a folding bike too to make it easier to get around outside.
