My training had a bit of a blip as I've hurt my knees and feet and that has been a convenient excuse as well as making it harder to exercise. Luckily my knees should eventually get almost back to normal, though I won't be able to do squats :o( but my feet are not that good. Think I will get an exercise bike next payday as that will be ok for my feet and knees. When I lose some weight that will help both as well. Maybe I will get a folding bike too to make it easier to get around outside.
