Recently I have acquired a true passion for fitness, health and wellness. I am married, retired and loving life. I am very active, golfer, kayaker, boater, and love going to my local YMCA, for weightlifting and group exercise. Recently I became a coach to our YMCA 10k Walking Team and a Independent BeachBody Coach.
I am on a journey to heal my body, mind and soul. My Goals are to be adopt healthy lifestyle in my retirement years, so they are truly golden. I plan to lose more weight, become leaner in terms of BMI, become more fit and eat clean.
I maintain a 1,500 to 1,800 calorie intake per day, eat clean, drink plenty of water. Drink Shakeology to replace one meal each day to reduce calories and increase nutrients. Do group exercise 4 times per week, walk / jog 4 times per week, weight train twice a week and enjoy sports such as golf, kayaking, and boating.
