Here to lose a total of 24 kilos. I'm running 5km 5 days a week - currently running a very slow pace (about 40 minutes for the run) and working to increase that pace to 30 minutes per 5k and eventually be running 10k/5 days per week (when I'm fit enough!). I have a goal of running my first marathon, the Amsterdam Marathon, in October at under 4 hours!
