Well for me that is easy to answer because I eat 100% Raw. For those eating let's say 75% Raw, then 3/4 of their daily meal ingredients are Raw. Some people go off their nutrition Tracker and figure the calories for the cooked food and tally up the calories for the Raw and calculate their numbers from there.
