Hi, Marie, I've gained a couple pounds from what my spark scale says...learning that WATER is really the key, plus exercise and not "blowing it" with eating...two pounds aren't that bad considering what I've eaten since my housemate moved in--his diet is NOT like mine and he is a great cook :). Back to my walking tape tomorrow...I'm feeling good and not so lazy :). An Epsom salts bath and some ibuprofen help me after a "big" day gardening...hope you're not too sore tomorrow!
Hi, Marie, love your photos! I'm doing OK...need to "start over" again tomorrow :) lots of family drama, but I'm letting it roll off my back...exercise and water and eating well...I know how to do it all...thank God I don't have any trouble sleeping. Happy Friday!
Thanks for the pedometer "goodie"...I apparently "misplaced" the one that came with my spark "starter" kit...had one before, too, that I never used...can't wait to do my walking tape tomorrow and then the resistance band segment of the DVD...I haven't been sore for a couple of days and I like to be sore...means I'm getting off my fanny and MOVING! Hi, Marie, thanks for stopping by...just noticed your weight tracker...isn't it funny, I would LOVE to weigh 165...actually, I just want the scale to keep going DOWN, not UP!!! I was sore, but did my walking tape today (just half, which is one mile...fast enough to break out in a good sweat) then took a long shower and washed my hair...felt like a million bucks! SOOOOO easy to change my mood...just need to DO it!!!
Hi my friend! How are you doing? Things are up and down with me, but I'm finding that no matter what is going on, I feel better when I exercise and eat well. Made a mistake the other day. My family was ordering pizza. I got one of their toasted mediterranean veggie sandwiches and thought I was doing well. Turns out the thing was 668 calories...Whaaaaat??? good thing I only ate half of it, lol, and gave the rest away.
