I love to garden, and am out side on most days when I am not working, in it. I HATE winter!!! LOL

I also need to get my self back on track. some days I'm pretty good other days not so. I have some physical issues, but I am not in pain (thank God) so I am careful of what I can do, mostly low impact things are fine. So there are some things I will not do that cause undo stress on my body. It does not limit me for most part.

I am divorced, I have 4 grown sons. No grands yet. I look after my 84 year old mother. She is still very mobile and on her own. I work full time and part time, and am involved in various thing that keep me busy.

I am forever repairing or replacing things in my 85 year old house! I love to work with my power tools and do repairs around my house. All the doors and windows have been replaced, both baths have been replaced and are fairly new. replaced all flooring. Still needs siding, and walkway replaced.

So now I need to redo this body! So that it will serve me well, for many more years. I have been at it for awhile. I am determined, sometimes just not motivated! I need to do this, for me, because I AM worth it.

I use Merrick Limited Ingredient Diet Grain Free real turkey recipe (dry). I used to feed my cat high quality canned food, since I believe it's better for their kidneys. Unfortunately, something in the canned food doesn't agree with her either, since they add lots of veggies to keep costs and price down (I get grain free canned too). And it's hard to find canned food that doesn't contain chicken either.
Merrick also makes other limited ingredient varieties, all which only have 1 source of animal protein. I tried the salmon and that seemed to agree with her too.
Right now I'm watching a friend's dog while they are away, and my cat is stealing the dog's food - so she's back to throwing up again! Grrr. Can't seem to win sometimes.

Thanks for commenting as ever Chris. These are indeed difficult days but I hang on to the belief that compassion is the answer.
