I am a 29 year old mother of 3 children, ages 9, 6, and 4 years old. I work full time, getting ready to get into graduate school and shuttling between music lessons and sports practice for each child.

I would LOVE for one day to run a marathon for a cause. First I have to learn how to consistently jog. The first struggle is finding the time and the second struggle is finding the energy to begin.
I have invested alot of money in losing weight. Starting with hiring a personal trainer, which I didn't follow through and lost a grip load of money. I couldn't wake up in time for it, evenings=no sitter. I have P90x and alot of other weight loss supplements. I'm still the same if not gained more weight.
I am deprived of sleep. I have a horrible sleeping schedule. I can't sleep at night.
Overall I have all odds against me. I've seen all and read all the success stories and I hope to be one of those people soon.
Another thing, I have no recent photos of myself. I don't look anything like my current pictures. I have refused to take pictures because of my weight gain. This picture was taken 2 years ago. I will take one soon for a before and after.

My Goals:
1) Wear shorts by the summer time.
2) Lose 20lbs by June.
3) Jog 3-5 miles non-stop by June.

My Program:
Track my food intake.
Daily workout.
Consume 1200 calories a day.
