I want energy to spare!!!!
I am a 56yo grandmother of 11 and I am very obese. I want to have energy to be able to play with my grandchildren. Diabetes runs in my family and I DO NOT WANT TO BE A VICTIM!!!! I have lost and gained over the years and now I am tired of how I look and feel. I want to be healthy and energtic.
