My 30th birthday is March 2011. I am sick of shopping the plus size section. Especially Halloween costumes, the bigger ones just aren't that good.

In the few months I've been on SP I have learned so much about food, calories and portions. I have lost almost 10 lbs so far. Now I am starting a workout routine and my "enabler" friend (always talking me into unhealthy food) has become my accomplice.

My husband has even signed on as his work is doing a Biggest Loser and he ...
