Life 2.0
Hey everyone, plenty of practice losing weight over my 44 years, but much better at putting it on. I've ignored my type 2 diabetes for 12 years now and watched my numbers get worse. Time for an overhaul of my life. Spend too much time working and surfing the web, not enough time taking care of myself and working towards my goals and dreams. The change starts here. Now.

My Goals:
Get my weight down and my diabetes under control through food diaries and a fitness program
My Program:
Track food, try and keep carbs per meal under 60g, Boot Camp M-Th for 45 minutes gives me strength and cardio. Measure my glucose and keep notes on why the number is high / low / normal
Other Information:
Avid gamer, mostly boardgames and card games but also computer and videogames. Listen to podcasts and books while I drive, love cooking (wish I had more time for it).
