Thank you for the comments on my blog about meeting Alta. I have really been questioning myself - my lack of progress, my resistance to commitment, my "who cares" attitude about my goals - so meeting her at this precise time was so important to me. She's like my "goal angel" and I picture her reaching for that stop sign when I'm thinking about quitting and it pushes me to go on for just a little farther. I truly believe these "angels" are sent to us for a purpose!

Thanks for commenting on my blog. Mt Healy is a great hike, but there is more than one way to hike it. My son has hiked it from both sides: from the park and from Healy. I've only hiked it from the park side, but I'd like to try it from the park side sometimes. My son says it is easier.

Thanks for stopping by and giving me some encouragement! I'm actually up to running 5k's now! I just recently signed up to be part of a relay team for the equinox too! Keep your fingers crossed for me =) Have to say Love the Wii Fit myself! Keep up all the great work.
