I am trying to get my abs back. My goal is 13lbs by June. I am going to an out door festival. It is hot there and I will be in a bathing suit most of the time.
My current work out regime is to walk my dogs for 20 mins with ankle wts. Then do a 20 min jog on my treadmill on an incline of 4 at a speed of 5.3 to 6. I do anywhere from 3 to 5 days a week.

Take your time to explore all the resources available for you here. It can seem overwhelming because there are so many resources to choose from. Two to consider using are the Nutrition and Fitness Trackers. Also, check out Spark Teams under the COMMUNITY Tab. Do searches on your goals, interests, hobbies, whatever. Then join one, two or more Spark teams. You'll enjoy getting to know these folks and giving and getting lots of encouragement along the way. It's all good. Enjoy the journey!
