My Goals:
I want to lose 40 lbs, improve my cholesterol ratios and get healthy. I'm doing this for me and my family (gorgeous hubby and two beautiful daughters).

My Program:
Journal DAILY - stay at the low end of my range
Exercise DAILY - Zumba and walking Drink 8 glasses of water DAILY - don't count my coffee!
Get 8 hours of sleep DAILY - this is a HARD one

Personal Information:
I'm a 43-year old mother of two young girls from Toledo, OH with a wonderful, supportive husband.
I love to dance/exercise to Just Dance 3 and 4, Your Shape Fitness Evolved, Zumba Core Fitness and other games. I love to cook, read, knit and crochet.

February is another one of those months when stores create magical candy-filled displays. Inside those foil-covered heart-shaped boxes festooned with lace, ribbons and fake flowers are chocolates that have been rattling around in their cardboard container since October--and they taste like it.

Treat yourself to something sweet and delicious that tastes like real food--crisp apples, juicy grapes, fresh pineapple, or a perfectly ripened pear. Just say no to cardboard.

The spark tracker is great for running, walking and cycling. Workouts that do a lot of starting and stopping...like Zumba...don't track well. I felt like I was getting robbed of my fitness minutes. I did decide to keep it. I use it for run/walk workouts and for motivation to increase my steps throughout the day. So I still have to enter some workouts manually.
