Weighting for a Change

Hello, I'm here to try to change my lifestyle once and for all. I'm tired of being tired (I know it's cliché, but true). My weight keeps me from enjoying time with my wife and kids and embarrasses me each time I need to pick out new clothes. I know we only have 1 life to live and I need to make some drastic changes so that I get the most out of life. Hello, I'm here to try to change my lifestyle once and for all. I'm tired of being tired (I know it's cliché, but true). My weight keeps me from enjoying time with my wife and kids and embarrasses me each time I need to pick out new clothes. I know we only have 1 life to live and I need to make some drastic changes so that I get the most out of life. I've already found that just logging your food is so important in realizing where and how one gets their calories. I'm going to take it day by day and do my best to stay motivated. I am tired of seeing a photo of myself and then hating the person I see. I guess I must have one heck of an imagination because I always seem to think I'm someone other than who shows up on the photo. I guess I thought I would wake up one day and this weight would be gone without any dieting, exercising or sacrifice. Time to stop dreaming and start acting.

My Goals:
My first goal is take one day at a time and not fall back into my old habits if I have 1 bad day.

My Program:
I'm logging my calories and exercise and this has really helped me to realize how much I've eaten and where the calories are coming from. It's making a big difference already.

Personal Information:
Married, father of two who wants to be able to have the energy to do more with his family and to be around as long as possible with them :)
