Help Others Get What They Want to Get What You Want

My title is a reminder that I can't do this alone!

I haven't really engaged with others in this journey and I want to build a support network in 2016.

I see a past pattern of quitting when I encounter a setback (Spark streak broken in 2014, FitBit active minutes calculation changed in 2015) and I want to break THAT response this year!

Oh, I should have explained, tucking your chin helps get the spine straight and lifts your chest and shoulders. I find it relieves tension when at the PC surfing the internet too.

Thank you for the comment on my blog. Im actually following a meditation course on doyouyoga, it's been a real anchor these last few days. When I finish that, I want to try their 30 day yoga course.
