I do love yoga! I only go once a week. It's a free yoga class for runners at our local running store and it is heavy on stretching, especially the legs and hips, and on core strength. It's tough! But I always feel so good afterwards.

Thanks for stopping by the Blog and for the additional information. Would have been nice for Spark to clarify that a bowl is not a serving. How on earth would I know that? I appreciate Spark's attempts to educate me (and others) but I think sometimes they enjoy the trickiness of it all.
