My title is a reminder that I can't do this alone!

I haven't really engaged with others in this journey and I want to build a support network in 2016.

I see a past pattern of quitting when I encounter a setback (Spark streak broken in 2014, FitBit active minutes calculation changed in 2015) and I want to break THAT response this year!

Thanks for your comments on my blog "I'm Only Human" and I, too, will be so glad to be returning home on Thursday, just one more full day to go and I will be in the air! WooHoo!

I am also appreciative of the fact that you do stop by the SparkArizona team now and then, I'm trying really hard to get the members active again, it is sad to think we have a membership of over 103,000 and probably 20 to 25 people are truly active on the team.

I eat mostly salads, grains, and fruits.. I stay full and don't seem to get hungry unless I start eating carbs with processed sugar
