10/3/2013 my 3rd year of active Sparking.
The past year has been one of maintenance. Not that I wanted to stay at the same weight, I just didn't get active enough nor eat within my range consistently enough. I have cut out artifical sweeteners, packaged sweets and eat smaller dinner portions. I've taken up yoga daily and love it. I wear a pedometer every day. I'm happy with the habits I've created.
