Hi Colleen! :) Thanks for the great comment on my SparkPage! :) And you're right - we do have a lot in common because I also work onsite at my client's office, lol. My company is based in Minneapolis (at least our division is) but I work onsite at our client's office in Jacksonville, FL.

I've been to Charleston (I have family there) and it's SUCH a beautiful city!

Good luck and it looks like you're doing great! Keep it up!

Colleen, thanks for stopping by! I'm going to keep trying to give up the cigarettes. It's not doing me any good. I just wish I could get hubby to try to quit sooner than SPRING! *sighs*

Your pics are beautiful! I love the one with your grandmother and you trying on dresses! You're a very pretty woman! I also appreciate all the support you give us on the WW board! Please keep it up!

Hi Colleen, Thanks for the kind words you posted on my site. You also are an inspiration. It sounds like you've recovered well from your bout with cancer.

Keep going with Weight Watchers. I had some success with them too, but the biggest help they were to me was the accountability of weighing in each week. I'm trying to do it all now through spark people, but I don't track foods as well as I did in the beginning. Partly because of all the traveling, but I'm pleased that after this last long trip (7 days), I only went up 4 ounces (I have a very good scale). Considering all the time sitting on planes, in airports and in rental cars driving hundreds of miles and the convenience of fast food I was pleased with the minimal weight gain. (FYI, my drive yesterday took me from Fayetteville, NC through SC to Atlanta Georgia. Never been in the Carolina's before. They are beautiful. I love the colorful trees. Who says you have to go to New England to see beautiful fall foliage.)

Anyway, take care and thanks for adding me as one of your spark friends. I added you to mine too.
