Work in Progress!

I am looking forward to doing great this year! I want to try all kinds of workouts and have fun in the process. So far I am doing Zumba, tried Insanity, walking/Jogging, climbing stairs, and now tennis.

Hopefully by the end of the year I have lost 10-15 lbs, and regained some confidence.

My Goals:
I will keep them short term:

1. Increase my jogging time to at least two more minutes.

2. get more sleep!!

3. Reduce calorie intake

4. add 5-10 more mins of workout

5. spend more time out of the house or not at work.

6. take more pics of myself, i just noticed I don't have any recent ones

My Program:
Walk/Jog- 3/4 times a week - hopefully become a runner in the future

ST- 3 times a week and try to include more stretching

1 rest day if any!

Personal Information:
Pretty much on my own on this journey but still strong enough to walk the road by myself. I like making friends and motivating others.

I miss working out with you also but yeah things have just been crazy if it's not one thing its another. Now I'm dealing with aftermath issues of having a baby and it's really taking a toll on my confidence. I'm trying but I'm not doing well so I just have to keep pushing. WTH happened??!! I'm glad you're going to be OK!!! Being anemic can be dangerous so make sure you take care of yourself. Well hehehe at least you're loosing weight with this whole teeth thing accident, find the good in the bad right? lol Have a great weekend! HUGS =)

It's great to hear that you did better with the lack night snacking. Here's another trick that works most of the time for me - I weigh myself every morning, so knowing that usually helps keep me in line with the snacking. Weighing daily isn't the best thing to do since weight fluctuates so much, but I don't care about that since it helps.
But you did better, so you are finding your own way to stay in control. Sure isn't easy, I know! emoticon

I completely get it about the after-dinner snacking. I'm also fine all day, but I still get major cravings late afternoon and then again after dinner. What helps on most nights is to hang out on Spark - just spend time here, maybe too much time, reading blogs or articles. It doesn't always work, but sometimes it just helps keep the focus. Let me know how you are doing tonight with snacking.
