Work in Progress!

I am looking forward to doing great this year! I want to try all kinds of workouts and have fun in the process. So far I am doing Zumba, tried Insanity, walking/Jogging, climbing stairs, and now tennis.

Hopefully by the end of the year I have lost 10-15 lbs, and regained some confidence.

My Goals:
I will keep them short term:

1. Increase my jogging time to at least two more minutes.

2. get more sleep!!

3. Reduce calorie intake

4. add 5-10 more mins of workout

5. spend more time out of the house or not at work.

6. take more pics of myself, i just noticed I don't have any recent ones

My Program:
Walk/Jog- 3/4 times a week - hopefully become a runner in the future

ST- 3 times a week and try to include more stretching

1 rest day if any!

Personal Information:
Pretty much on my own on this journey but still strong enough to walk the road by myself. I like making friends and motivating others.

Hey!

I have a pedometer with a neck strap, so I can wear it like a necklace, or alternatively I can put it in my purse OR I can clip it onto a belt or trouser skirt etc.. It hasnt fallen off as yet, but since it has a strap as well, clip it onto skirt trouser and also use the strap to tie it down to my belt loop if I have a belt loop.

Books!! Aah, you know well that this conversation is endless!!

I love historical fiction if its written well, I love The Godfather, also love Rebecca, love classics like Frankenstein, Jane Austens, also love The Fault In Our Stars, The Storyteller (Jodi Picoult), The Help, Half Of A Yellow Sun... basically that teaches me about life and makes me wiser! :-)
