Work in Progress!

I am looking forward to doing great this year! I want to try all kinds of workouts and have fun in the process. So far I am doing Zumba, tried Insanity, walking/Jogging, climbing stairs, and now tennis.

Hopefully by the end of the year I have lost 10-15 lbs, and regained some confidence.

My Goals:
I will keep them short term:

1. Increase my jogging time to at least two more minutes.

2. get more sleep!!

3. Reduce calorie intake

4. add 5-10 more mins of workout

5. spend more time out of the house or not at work.

6. take more pics of myself, i just noticed I don't have any recent ones

My Program:
Walk/Jog- 3/4 times a week - hopefully become a runner in the future

ST- 3 times a week and try to include more stretching

1 rest day if any!

Personal Information:
Pretty much on my own on this journey but still strong enough to walk the road by myself. I like making friends and motivating others.

Thank you so much for comment on my blog. I think that is why I had to take the major break, between all of the changes that were taking place everywhere - I wasn't taking enough time out to just center and reach out to people - someone, anyone. I just continued to try to carry it all on my own, and collapsed. I'm not trying to do that this time. I'm glad you came back to SP too!
