    When it comes to losing weight we start out with a goal and we are all excited. We chart our progress and we record our food intake. We exercise every day and we start to feel great. Then, a holiday, birthday, or a weekend comes and we slip and eat all we want. I am tired of feeling bad for eating once in a while. I have decide to take one day a week to relax and just eat what I want to. This gives me something to look forward to. emoticon
