If it isn't tough, it's not a challenge!

I'm on a plan to gain a bit of weight to feel and look as healthy as possible. I strive on challenges and this is one that I WILL succeed! I've worked out routinely for the past 9 years but having the necessary workout and diet plan to achieve my desired goals is one I've only recently realised. This is a challenge for me, but is one I'm looking forward to tackling!

My Goals:
End goal is to gain a minimum of 20 lbs. I would be happy with that but would love to gain 30 lbs.

My Program:
Currently I am doing a 3 day a week workout plan that puts my exercises to fail. Along with that I'm intaking 3000 calories/day in order to give myself the extra calories needed to gain the weight.
