Never Stop Trying
Hi! I am a 60 year old widow with four children and three grandchildren. I have an adult daughter who is profoundly mentally handicapped. She is at home with me. I also babysit my grandson and little great niece.
I have been dieting on and off since I was 19 years old. But the pounds kept creeping up, up, up. I am a terrible yo-yo dieter, but I have managed to stay below my all time high weight back in August, 2003.

Even though I sometimes falter on this weight loss journey, I never completely give up, and I give myself some credit for that.
