I had a great time over the holidays, plenty of time with family and even fit in some time at the gym. I also maintained over the holidays. I had started to get frustrated, but I am trying to jumpstart the weight loss this year with added exercise. I joined the January Jumpstart Fitness Challenge and I'm finding it to be just the motivation I needed to kick my butt back into gear. Since starting exercising again, I have been happier and had a lot more energy. I definitely suggest trying it.
