    It was good to see your comment on my blog... it's been a while since I've seen you around! Although I keep seeing bootcampy stuff pop up on my Facebook feed thanks to you and your sister, which is always a little hint of motivation for me! How is that going, are you still into it?     Hey Lori! I've been meaning to come and "see" you. Thanks for your comments on my blog a few weeks ago - it was so great to hear from you!! I' m so glad you are making your way back around the Spark. I've been tracking pretty solidly with just some minor bumps in the road the last year, but mostly tracking... I haven't been able to create the time for all the extra posting and blogging. But, I still try to visit my spark buddies pages from time to time, look in on the PDP and see if anyone is blogging. Let me encorage you to keep up a solid habit, even if small... lets say, post something every day in PDP... or post a pararagraph on your blog about the day... or even making a comittment to track every day at least one meal. I think if you can get a solid few weeks under your belt, it will help you feel like expanding a littling till maybe you are tracking every day, or exercising 20 m in every day, etc. Please let me know how I can help support you!
