My Program:
I wear a bodybugg daily to track my calories, use Beachbody programs for at home workouts, do resistance training regularly and NETWORK LIKE CRAZY to be accountable to people.

Personal Information:
I just want to keep getting better and I love helping other people do the same. I feel better about myself for taking control and love being able to help others both here on Spark and as a Beachbody coach!
