have victory in your own life
im 27/ married and SAHM. my husband is great, he is my best friend. he has been so supportive of my health and fitness, i could have not done it without him! i have two children, gabriel born 10/2007 and michael born 6/2010. and now i am pregnant with baby #3 :) i am very thankful i get to stay home with my kids. i have alot of interests and try to find pleasure in the little things! i also enjoy blogging, this is my separate "health/fitness" blog: ...
im 27/ married and SAHM. my husband is great, he is my best friend. he has been so supportive of my health and fitness, i could have not done it without him! i have two children, gabriel born 10/2007 and michael born 6/2010. and now i am pregnant with baby #3 :) i am very thankful i get to stay home with my kids. i have alot of interests and try to find pleasure in the little things! i also enjoy blogging, this is my separate "health/fitness" blog: http://fitnerdymom.blogspot.com/ i started having eating issues at 15 years old, and those issues followed me into adulthood and marriage. it has been a long road to learn moderation, self control and to treat my body and food with respect. but the results are SOOO worth it. i have cried many tears, sweat buckets, even bled a little and had a few small injuries LOL but it has all been worth it. my body finally trusts me, and i trust it :) i started my journey of health and fitness after my first son was born, and thats when i got a sparkpage. it took me about 9 months to lose 50 pnds. it felt like an eternity. but it has stayed off for good! it does get easier but there are still hard days, the things you have to work for in life are far more rewarding than the things that are handed to you.

My Goals:
i want to be lean and fit. i want to have all the energy i need for a days work and more! keep my commitment of exercising 3-4 days a week! i want to run another half marathon soon, if i am not pregnant :)
My Program:
i am tracking my calories and doing my best to maintain a healthy diet. i am using the workout turbo jam as my main exercise-its great!
