    I think the 5k your way plan is a great way to go because you get the motivation of completing each weekly challenge and then challenging yourself by moving to the next week. It helps me push myself to keep going because I want to reach the goal of completing it.
    I really need that extra motivation to keep going. I find it so difficult to get up and do things on my own. I used to work out with a friend and it was easier when I knew I was accountable to someone else. Now that it is just me, I find it harder.
