Stay at home mother

I am a 20 year old mother of a beautiful 2 year old daughter. I have been on Spark People twice before. I just dont think I was ready to make the changes in my life. I was still making excuses for myself, but I am done. I want a healthy lifestyle. I finished highschool in June and have been accepted to college to become a Child and Youth Worker :)

I am doing the Insanity program, will continue with that and my healthy eating.

I have a 2 year old daughter named Elizabeth and I am happily engaged to her father. I just need some motivation to produce a better lifestyle !

I think the 5k your way plan is a great way to go because you get the motivation of completing each weekly challenge and then challenging yourself by moving to the next week. It helps me push myself to keep going because I want to reach the goal of completing it.
I really need that extra motivation to keep going. I find it so difficult to get up and do things on my own. I used to work out with a friend and it was easier when I knew I was accountable to someone else. Now that it is just me, I find it harder.
