GRADUATE OF THE C25K RUNNING PROGRAM. For those of you who are new to this C25K is short for the couch to 5K race program. You start as a beginning runner and continue on the program until you can run 3.2 miles. PROGRAM FINISHED April 18,2010. Hi spark friends!! Thanks for stopping by. My life goal now is healthy living. My weight goal is 145. I don't know if I'll be content when I get there but that is my goal. If I still have some trouble spots to work on I may go another 5 lbs. or so, we'll see. What I have been doing to "stay healthy". Exercising at least 1 hour per day with 1 day off per week. Keeping my calories under 1500. Drinking at least 72 ounces of water per day. JUST FOR MY RECORDS: December 28, 2009 My starting BMI: 29.5 weight 188 November 3, 2011: BMI: 24.2 (healthy) weight 154 quotes I love: Nothing tastes as good as skinny (or healthy) feels. You must give up something good to gain something better. This is not a diet it is a lifestyle. It doesn't matter how slow you run, it's still faster than everyone else sitting on the couch!!!!

My Program:
Eat 1500 calories or less per day. Exercise at least 1 hour per day with 1 day off per week. Drink 72 ounces of water per day (at least)
Personal Information:
I am a 36 year old homeschool mom of 3 beautiful daughters and the wife of a wonderful provider. We have been married 15 years. I am a pianist and the music leader at our church . I am happy to be from Wonderful West Virginia.
