You have tons of exciting races coming up. I'm excited for you!!! I hope you I've the tri. It's so much different than a normal road race. In a good way!and I don't mean that anything is wrong with running. That's still my first love. It's just a completely different challenge. Enjoy training!
I am new to SP and dont know how it works yet, but just read your thread on yoga vs. pilates and decided that YOU ARE ME! ;) I loved your comment---it was my thoughts exactly...and wanted to write and tell you that the comment made me check out your site and it is very motivating! I usually stick with the Beachbody website, but just joined here because i figure i cant have too many support folks who are trying to work on their fitness just like I am :) Best of luck with your progress!
