I am a 60 year old widowed mother and grandmother who remarried last year. We have been on the road a lot since and that means eating out. I have regained 30 pounds that I now have to lose again plus about 20 lbs. I need help with motivation.

Thanks so much for stopping by and telling me about your dear Dad and Mom. It is very difficult some days to move and walk but I know I must . Stretching really helps me get going and I love to listen to music and start swinging and swaying to it. Get my toes a tapping and then I feel better. Again , thanks, have a bless weekend. Hugs.
