Hard work does pay off
Hey, Karen here.. I've been married for 7 years to the most amazing guy in the world.. we have a beautiful son named Jack that just turned 5. Like most people, I tend to gain weight when I don't watch What I eat. I searched for help and guidance.. and was lucky to find SP :) With the help of SparkPeople, I was able to lose all the weight I wanted and more... so now I'm trying to keep a healthy lifestyle. My Goals:
I love where I am today... Though there is always room for improvement. I think staying consistent with my fitness is my first priority, which I have been very successful.. but sometimes I tend to take some breaks to allow my body to rest.
My Program:
I try to get as much fitness as I can during the week.. 9 - 15 hours. I am also getting my certification in NASM so I can help others achieve what I have.
Personal Information:
I was born in Israel and raised in New York. I started getting into fitness when I was 18 years old. It has become a way of life for me which is the reason I chose to get certified. I turned 30 this year and have learned so much from my personal experiences. I try to help others as much as I can because I know how difficult it could be and maybe I can make a small difference in their life.
Other Information:
I love playing Tennis, riding my bike, weight training, circuit training, aerobics, yoga, pilates, and many different kinds of cardio. I fell in love with SparkPeople when I got the hang of it. I am able to track my food intake and fitness activity which helped me take control of my life and taught me so many different things I never knew. It made a huge difference in my life and I couldn't be any happier :)
