My Goals:
I want to lose 150 pounds to start with. I'd like to do it in two years or less. It is going to be one heck of an experience and I am ready!

My Program:
My program consists of eating within the fat and calorie range that is right for me and daily exercize! It also includes NOT GIVING UP!

My name is Angela and I live in Wales, United Kingdom. I am orginally from North Carolina. My daughter and I relocated here about a year ago to settle here with my husband, who is from here and whose family is here :)
My motivation for this lifestyle change is my daughter (who is my hero!) and my husband. Never in life could I have imagined I'd have people who love me and support me unconditionally. I feel like it is up to me to make sure that I get to have a healthy and happy life with them and set a better example for my little girl.
