Can I ever stop saying ... this time?

Hellooooo! My name is Nikki and I'm 22. I am in the Air Force and work as an Intel Analyst. I am divorced and have recently found myself an amazing guy that makes me happier than I could ever imagine! I never realized how much stress could impact your weight loss goals until I became truely happy with my life. I saw a huge increase in motivation and will power to make better choices. I feel like nothing can stop me now and I am FINALLY going to reach my goal.

5-6 days cardio
Cardio: Insanity and/or running on the treadmill, elliptical, stairmaster

3-5 days weight lifting
Circuit training with weights. Supersets, trisets, etc...

1300-1500 calories a day
150g of protein a day
