I need reminders of how far i''ve come. 12/8/2006 & now 4/08 Upper arm-14 1/2" then 10" now Elbow-12 1/2" then 8" now Breast-44" then 35" now Under bra 38 1/2" then 31 1/2" now Above bra-38 1/2" then 39" then 33" now Upper thigh 26" then 17" now Waist 40" then 28 3/4" now Hips 41 1/2" then 34" now When all is said & done...have fun! ~ME! My heaviest weight was 167. I was 156 or 157 at the start of my journey in February. I have learned valuable lessons this time around. Low carb diet rocks! I am swimming, weight lifting, hiking, hitting the gym equipment, biking and on days I cant... I am allowing myself guilt free relax time!
