I hope Spark People will help me to meet my weightloss goal. I'm trying to drop 20lbs as my 1st goal and make progress in small increments. I like to workout and I'm currently working out on my Wii Fit, and walking. I'm trying to get in my daily recommended fruits and vegetable's as a way to aid in my dieting, and having a healthier life. My goal is 200 which is a good weight for me.
