Go Jeff! Try to start every morning with some sort of 20 minute cardio or walk - you'll see a difference in your attitude during the day - after a few weeks you'll start wanting to get up and work out. Also, try to add a green drink to your day now and then - set a goal of a couple times a week and then go from there. They are easy to make - read my blog posts and you'll see recipes and books I recommend. I'm in Terre Haute and have been able to get these books from the library.
Also, tell yourself what you want to look like this time next year - how much you want to lose by this time next year. A year is a realistic goal and can be accomplished.
