A long time coming...

I've been very up and down with my weight for years. I get on a roll and start getting in shape and then life throws me for a loop and I let all my hard work slide.

But something different has happened to me over the past 6 months, I've rediscovered the strong, energetic side of me. A side I haven't seen in ages!

For the first time in a very, VERY long time I finally feel the motivation to REALLY make a difference in my life.

Bit by bit over the past 6 ...

Bit by bit over the past 6 months I have started shedding old bad habits of I can't and I don't want to and I'm now thinking I can and I WILL!

It's been a long time coming, but I finally feel like I can do this! It's like a giant weight has been lifted off my shoulders and I now feel for the first time that I can remember that I will be successful with my goals this time.

And I am super excited to get this show on the road!

Hey, thanks for checking on me! I've been working out more and trying to stick to my menu and not stray. I can feel myself getting stronger!

Congrats on finding a kickboxing gym, I love kickboxing! And how great to find a gym with HIT workouts and personal trainers! If I had some extra money, I'd probably invest in a personal trainer for a month at least.
