I actually play for a co-ed football league in Baltimore not just an all women's league. I use to play for an all female league (flag) a few years ago and that was really fun...the co-ed is a bit tougher since it's two-hand touch and guys can get rough and outrun you...but it does make me run harder!

You've got a great system for food and meals to help you both. I try to stay on track with a comprehensive menu plan, but I am greatly inexperienced with cooking and recipe possibilities. Planning definitely helps not only stick to a plan and use my available groceries, but also to be more creative with my meal options.
Maintenance is a different beast for sure. But I'm know you'll do great, investing the same gung-ho attitude that you've already put into weight loss. Keep working hard! 2040 days ago
