My wedding dress I bought at the beginning of my journey. Not bad for a size 16.

Woodburning an African djembe (hand drum) at my friend's store Imagicka in Binghamton.

Hi there! I saw on a post you made a while back that you had the Xbox Kinect. Do you still have/use it? If so, you should come check out our 'Kinect to Spark' team. We have regular challenges, updates, reviews, and right now we even have a challenge that will be giving the winner a copy of Dance Central 2. Come check us out!

Thanks for your comment on my blog last month 3/30/2011 11:52AM
(sorry for the delay in response!)... http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_pu
blic_journal.asp?id=JOYCEKRISTEL ! I actually play for a co-ed football league in Baltimore not just an all women's league. I use to play for an all female league (flag) a few years ago and that was really fun...the co-ed is a bit tougher since it's two-hand touch and guys can get rough and outrun you...but it does make me run harder!

Hope all is well! thanks again for checking my page-- it helps to know someone is reading =)

You've got a great system for food and meals to help you both. I try to stay on track with a comprehensive menu plan, but I am greatly inexperienced with cooking and recipe possibilities. Planning definitely helps not only stick to a plan and use my available groceries, but also to be more creative with my meal options.

Maintenance is a different beast for sure. But I'm know you'll do great, investing the same gung-ho attitude that you've already put into weight loss. Keep working hard! emoticon
