Was a road warrior for years - now have made a BIG changes. New Goals - Starting over - with help from the HOPE Diet Center. New Start Date was June 4, 2014 - and this is working so far. The Diet Center really worked. Lost over 50 pounds. Due to changes with Management and Health care rules. The Diet Center closed. Have been stable with my weight for about 4 months now getting back to tracking and focusing on it again. My new goal is 170 pounds by October 1. How - Tracking food on SparkPeople Qi Gong/Yoga and Horsey activities - I want to find my "seat" this year!

My Goals:
II need to loose because:
1) Improve my self image
2) Have to teach a course in New Orleans (short goal) and want to look professional.
3) Have to present an award in August (mid goal)
4) Look good for my daugthers wedding in November (longer goal)

My Program:
I have started tracking everything and doing more exercise.

RPM Diet. Record, portion size and measure.

Exercise: Set goals on a weekly and monthly basis. August - 2000 fitness minutes, 60 walking miles, 60 stationary bike miles, and 12 horse back rides. Tandem miles 30.

Personal Information:
Work from home as an environmental consultant. Have 2 children - one is the ranch manager and one is in college. Multiple horses, three dogs, two cows, a lizard and of course a husband. (The order is a family joke.)

Enjoy working with the animals.

Other Information:
Trying to get motivated and see some progress.
