My Goals:
My general goal is to get healthy and get back to a "normal" weight. Normal is still a way away. However, I've been pretty good about monitoring my diet--I now need to exercise more regularly.

My Program:
Exercise as much as possible.

Eat fewer than 1600 calories and 60g of fat per day.
