3. Join a spring boot-camp and survive 6 weeks of hell! :-)

My Program:
1. Running and strength training (with PT) - alternating with spinning classes 6 days/wk

2. Logging into SP and staying withing caloric range 6 days/wk

3. Focusing on Clean Eating to keep the weight coming off and feeling great!
