And they ARE watching. Every step. Every comment. Every time you quit. We owe it to them to not quit

My pledge to my kids. Luckily, they help to keep me on track, too!

Quitting is NOT an option!

To succeed takes a lot of courage. To quit takes little. Each time you quit, you just made room for someone else to make it. Do not quit. ~ Walter Alza

Everyone needs some help sometime; You are only alone if you choose to be.

I will get to my goals, one day at a time.

I love living in SW Ontario, Canada. We have a great climate for lots of outdoor activities and beautiful landscape in which to get out and get moving.

I am a very avid reader, when I find the time with 5 young kids, and enjoy homeschooling my kids and learning new things right along with them.

Good Morning (I was going to say "Evil Twin" but then realized that I had no real proof that you are the evil one, you might actually be the good twin, LOL)

You say on your page "Now that I'm a nursing Mum, I try to limit myself to 1800 cal/day. So far, it's working." Is that still true? I'm still nursing (though with her a year old, she's eating 3 meals a day and 2 snacks as well), and I have been aiming for about 1500 calories. However, I notice that I am tending to end up at around 1700.

The scale is (unofficially) reading six pounds less since Monday, so I'm guessing I should just keep listening to my body, and not worry about the numbers so much? emoticon

Thanks for the goodie! And, yes, the jeans are a nice perk! ;)

Looking forward to being a 'loser' this summer!
