Achieve those goals

I am a wife and mother to two wonderful children. I need to take control of my life and my health to provide a good example and to be the woman I want to be. I want to be confident and self-assured. I want to wear a bikini on the beach and KNOW that I look good. I want to be able to run without getting winded. I want to be able to do 20 push ups and 100 sit ups without breaking a sweat. I want to see the elusive abdominal muscles I have heard rumor of.

My Goals:
1. See some abdominal muscles.
2. Lose inches off my thighs.
3. Run a 5K
4. Do 20 pushups in a single set.
5. Do 100 sit ups in a single set.
6. Lose 15 more pounds.
7. Feel great by Christmas.

My Program:
I am keeping my calories down, while eating 6 times per day. I am exercising at least 3 times a week, jogging with my dog, using the punching bag with my husband, and doing TurboJam with my daughter.

Personal Information:
I am 31 years old, a wife, a mom, and a student obtaining a Master's degree in counseling. I am an avid fan of baseball and, particularly, of my daughter's softball. I am proud of my son's musical ability. For 36 hours a week, I am a case manager for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.

Other Information:
"Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms — to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way."

- Viktor Frankl
