My Goals:
#1- Between 288-298 by end of August 2012 (total weight loss of 33-43 lbs.) #2- Between 248-268 by end of Fall 2012 semester on December 14, 2012. (total weight loss of 63-83 lbs.) #3- Between 218-238 by graduation on May 11, 2013. (total weight loss of 93 to 113 lbs.)
My Program:
Choose what I want to put in my body by eating whole, unprocessed foods as much as I can. This journey is 99% mental. I only eat meat when I feel I need it, other than that it's vegetarian for me. Use my exercise videos-Coach Nicole, Bob Harper and Slim in 6. I am working up to P90X. I also like doing things like water aerobics, qigong, tai chi, and gentle yoga
