I'm Steph, Im nearly 24 years old and I have exactly 50 pounds to lose here. I started off at 203 pounds & lost 16 pounds before joining spark people. I'm here to get the tools I need & for that extra motivaton. I enjoy watching all sports such as Tennis, Formula 1, Golf & Rugby & im also a big fan of Manchester United. I would like to get into actually playing these sports instead of lazily watching them on my television.

My Goals:
1. To lose 50 pounds.
2. To be within my "normal" BMI range.
3. Get down to a size 12.
4. To graduate in July & be proud to walk on that stage with a new dress.
5. To get stronger mentally and physically.
6. To get fitter & run further each time.


My Program:
1. To eat healthier foods & have a lower calorie intake.
2. To have portion control with my dinners.
3. To motivate myself regularly by celebrating the small victories.
4. To work hard at uni and maintain a balanced life to eat what I need & exercise when I can.
5. Get stronger by regularly doing strength exercises & keep a positive mental attitude.
6. To do a mix of cardio exercise but mainly running which I'll build up over time.
