Physically Fit, Spiritually Strong
Playing sports and running have always been a big part of my life. I'm using SP as a personal tracker for myself. I'm no good at keeping workout or food log otherwise! I love God, my husband, and taking on new challenges. I currently teach kids Taekwondo as a supplement to my own training, and thus far it has been an amazing and fun discipline. I am hoping to compete on an international team in the summer of 2013 (traditional style TKD, not Olympic WTF rules). I grew ...

I grew up playing soccer, coached for awhile, and still like to play the occasional pick-up game. Other than that, I love travel, finding fun local coffee shops, scanning thrift stores, creative non-fiction, playing outside, and writing songs.

My Goals:
My main focus health and weight-wise is to maintain my current weight (or drop a few pounds). I'm mainly focused on being continually active so I can enjoy the life God has given me to the best of my ability!
My Program:
Currently my unofficial "program" consists of 2-3 days of weight training, 3 days of taekwondo, and 3 days of running per week. No, I don't get extra days in my week... I just overlap. =)
