    I have been adding steps by walking down the hallways in my apartment, plus I go out and do the stairs until I get the number I want for the day (as long as I am not too tired). Whenever I can, I try to take stairs instead of an elevator. At the very least, I will take the escalator and walk up instead of waiting.

    Your doing good on your 10 Daily Exercise Streak!!! Last Monday I started an 100 Day Walking Streak to see how long I can go without missing a day of walking or exercising for at least 10 min!!! Day 6 DONE!!!
