My Goals:
Long Term:
Attain healthy weight range, drop the Obese and Overweight labels.

Short Term:
Lose 9 lbs. in 8 wks.
Exercise thirty minutes each day.
Walk 6000 steps a day three days a week.

My Program:
Fall 5% Challenge Commitment

Get up early and walk or bicycle 30-60 min. 6 days a week. In inclement weather, use the treadmill.

Add core strengthening exercises two days a week.

Follow the Sparkpeople Nutrition Plan.

I am a retired school teacher living in a small town in North Central NE, My husband is a retired rancher--Well as retired a sandhill rancher can be. We have three grandchildren, the light of our lives!
