Time to Get Fit!
Ten pounds to lose. I can do this!!! I have been in a holding pattern since I went back to work after my mat leave. Time to get serious. Rewards: 5 pounds - new haircut 10 pounds - dinner out with my hubby 20 pounds - new work clothes!

My Goals:

My Program:
Last summer I learned that I was having a lot of calories as snacks. Since then I have been more careful with portions. This summer I am going to commit to kettlebell class Mondays and Wednesdays. Got to get this belly fat off.
